We continuously monitor Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, while 100% of the electricity we consume is from certified renewable sources to reduce our carbon footprint.

We favour chemicals and tools with environmental labels (Ecolabel, ReMade in Italy), promoting circular solutions and high-efficiency technologies.
Sustainable mobility
We are gradually upgrading our company fleet by introducing fully electric vehicles, charging stations at our sites and sustainable mobility initiatives for our personnel.

We are reducing operational waste by ensuring the reuse of tools at the end of a contract and by recovering surplus food with a view to our social impact.

Implementation of Machine Learning algorithms for systems temperature regulation and repowering of photovoltaic systems. Increase of 19.2% in renewable energy generated and consumed in-house at Group sites and facilities.
Tackling food waste
Tackling food waste
Various Food service pilot projects combine the use of smart scales using AI (KITRO) and behavioural analytics (Behavix) as tools to reduce kitchen waste. In addition, we have partnered with Banco Alimentare to recover surplus food.
