About Us

One Group and a multi-service offering

Solid roots, shared values, clear choices.
That is how we integrate diverse skills into a single multi-service model, transforming different relationships, visions and experiences into shared value. Who we are gives value to what we do.

We are a family-run business founded in Bolzano, Italy in 1985 by Mario Kasslatter and Haidrun Achammer-Kasslatter, and today a leader in the global multi-service industry, with a long-established presence in Italy, Austria and Germany.

Today, led by the second generation (Christoph Kasslatter, President and CEO, and Evelyn Kirchmaier-Kasslatter, Managing Director), we have a workforce of over 13,000 and five specialised divisions: Clean, Food, Housekeeping, Logistics & Care and Facility.

Sostenibilità e innovazione

Sustainability and innovation: the foundation of our corporate culture

Demands, requirements, immediate challenges, opportunities: the world around us is continuously evolving. We have always viewed innovation as a driver of resilience and growth, enabling us to stay competitive and sustainable.

Sustainability and innovation shape our corporate culture.
It is a conscious choice, which guides our decisions and actions and is focused on technological progress to ensure our environmental, economic and social impacts are increasingly positive.

Sustainability integrated into our decision-making and our corporate governance

Sustainability is part of our DNA. To make sustainability ever more central to our governance system, we set up a Sustainability Committee that, together with the Compliance & Sustainability Team, promotes its integration into all company operations and policies.
